The Smart Government II project, implemented by the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovation and Communications invites you to participate in an Early Market Engagement (EME) session for our upcoming procurement package financed by World Bank under Smart Government - II Project (The Project).

This session is designed to collaborate and gather your valuable insight, input and feedback for best outcome of the bidding process as we are now developing our procurement approach and bidding documents.

Approaches of Early Market Engagement

§ The Early Market Engagement will be conducted through:

(i)Virtual meeting: To be held on Thursday, 23 April 2026 at 4:00 PM (GMT+8).

The session will introduce upcoming procurement opportunities and participation options, and to provide guidance on the questionnaire and its purpose.

(ii) Questionnaire: To be completed and sumbitted by Friday, 24 April 2026 at 5:00 PM (GMT+8).
