The Integrated Project Implementation Unit of the MDDIC attended a knowledge sharing session on developing and implementing a comprehensive Project Master Plan for World Bank-funded projects in Mongolia
On March 27th, 2026, a session on weekly project implementation tracking tool was organized for Project Implementation Units` coordinators, relevant officers, and representatives of implementing agencies involved in World Bank-funded projects in Mongolia.
At the session, B.Enkhdulguun, Coordinator of the Integrated Project Implementation Unit of the MDDIC, was invited to present effective project management approaches, along with project master plan and weekly project implementation tracking tool that enabled the project to achieve tangible results within a short period.
During the session, participants engaged in active discussions on effective project implementation and monitoring mechanisms. They also learned the good practices from the “Smart Government II” project and shared their perspectives.
Around 20 participants, including representatives from the Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Light Industry, the Ministry of Energy, and the Integrated Project Implementation Unit of Ulaanbaatar City and other PIU`s, attended the session.
The project’s good practice has been shared not only within Integrated Project Implementation Units in Mongolia but also with a World Bank-funded Project Implementation Unit in the Philippines, promoting knowledge and experience exchange.
