Mr. Bayasgalan Gungaa, First Deputy Chief of the Cabinet Secretariat of Government of Mongolia, and Mr.  Andrei Mikhnev, Country Manager for Mongolia, held meeting at State Palace, Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia on May 28, 2019.

The Cabinet Secretariat of the Government of Mongolia implements Smart Government Project to use ICT to improve accessibility, transparency and efficiency of public services in Mongolia.

“Government digital transformation and delivery of citizen centered service are priorities of the GoM and the GoM implements digital transformation in 6 government agencies. NEA, Disaster recovery center, Technical enhancement of XYP system sub-projects of the Smart Government Project are foundation for digital transformation” noted by Mr. Bayasgalan. He also appreciated to the country manager that in the Project has excellent design, especial in early stage of the project structuring.

WB country manager Mr. Andrei Mikhnev confirmed  “Smart Government Project is very important for Mongolia and priority project”.

The sides discussed project components and its implementation as well as further actions.
