The Ministry of Digital Development, Innovation, and Communications now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for “To upgrade the Root certification system of the national public key infrastructure of Mongolia” to be delivered to the location stated in the Final Destination of “List of Goods and Delivery schedule. Bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement using a Request
for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” dated September 2023, and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.

Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Smart Government-2 project: procurement2@smart.gov.mn of the Procurement Specialist of PIU and inspect the bidding document during office hours 09.00 to 18.00 at the address #301, City capital office, Baga toiruu, Sambuu street, Khoroo 6, Sukhbaatar district, Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia.
